Alates laupäevast, 23. jaanuarist on Tartu Kunstimaja monumentaalgaleriis avatud näitus nimega “Sama viin igaühe suus”. Tere tulemast näitusele!
siinne jutt puudutab näituse hetkeolukorda. pärast läbirääkimisi on tõusnud esile mõte võtta C. Carolina 7relo kommipilt näituse visuaalseks ühisnimetajaks. vältides võimalikke murekohti olgu öeldud, et bandmerch ja menopauli särk toetavad nimetet valikut ja seda järgmistel põhjustel:
a) tegemist on siiski põhistatud avaldusega kontrastiks viimaste aastakümnete situatsioonilisele-empiritsistlikule kunstilähenemisele. põhistus resoneerub ikkagi laiemas laastus hilismodernistliku kunstireaalsusega … kes teab, see teab; tegemist on igal juhul lisadimensiooniga mis võib-olla tervitatud, võib-olla mitte
b) 7relo on n-ö mehhanism, mis töötab vihmavarjuna, ühildades semantikavabalt aga samas ehedalt ja siiralt kõigi meie taotlusi
c) mida kell edasi, seda kindlamana tundub konditsioon, mis viitab ütlemise kui sellise saturatsioonile. digisfääri omadus kanda edasi tähendusstruktuure läbi topelthermeneutilise prisma loob ohtu mattuda oma enese raskuse alla
7relo libiseb neist raskustest läbi voolava naiivsusega. relo7 kommipildi struktuurielemendid a la kaheldav kompa loob mentaalse pildi ja mateeria vahelise dünaamika mis konkretiseerib antud materjali mobiilsust ja selle sobivust

From Saturday, 23 January the exhibition “Every Mouth Holds the Same Vodka” is open in the monumental gallery of the Tartu Art House. Welcome to the exhibition!
this text reflects the present condition of the exhibition. after negotiations, the idea has risen to accept C. Carolina’s 7relo candy image as the visual common denominator of the exhibition. to avoid possible troubles, it must be said that bandmerch and the shirt of menopaul support this choice for the following reasons:
a) the choice is a motivated declaration that is in contrast with the situationalist-empiricist approach to art of the last decades. the motivation resonates with the late modernist artistic reality in general … the ones in the know know; this is indeed an additional dimension that is either welcome or not
b) 7relo’s so called mechanism functions as an umbrella that combines in a non-semantic but pure and sincere manner the endeavours of us all
c) as time keeps on ticking by, the condition that refers to the saturation of speech as such seems increasingly more certain. the digital sphere’s characteristic of conveying the structures of meaning through a double-hermeneutic prism creates the danger that it can be buried under its own weight
7relo slides through these difficulties with playful naivete. the structural elements of relo7’s candy image (a la its questionable composition) create a dynamic that joins together the mental image and the actual matter defining the mobility and suitability of the present material

Martin Rästa (1980) interdisciplinary arts / music / synthesis of visuals & sound and their integration in different experimental forms and media / cognitive processes / empiric perception of the world. Participates in the exhibition with a spatial sound installation
