Reedel, 19. juunil avatakse Tartu Kunstimaja suures saalis graafikanäitus „Linnautoopia III“. Näituse kuraatorid on Liis Tedre ja Riin Maide.
Näitus uurib linna kui kujutlusruumi, kus looduslik ja tehiskeskkond põimuvad koos varjatud kihtidega uuteks maastikeks ja mustriteks. Näitus ühendab eri põlvkondade graafikuid, kes avavad linnalisuse poeetilise, abstraktse ja utoopilise külje.
On Friday, 19 June, the graphic exhibition “Urban Utopia III” will open in the large gallery of the Tartu Art House. The curators of the exhibition are Liis Tedre and Riin Maide.
The exhibition will explore the city as an imaginary space where natural and artificial environments intertwine with hidden layers to form new landscapes and patterns. The exhibition will bring together graphic artists from different generations who will reveal the poetic, abstract and utopian side of urbanity.
